3:30 PM – rehearsal concludes / change into swim wear
3:40 PM – attendance taken in the band hall
3:50 PM – load busses (RISD transportation) / depart to Hawaiian Falls
8:00 PM – attendance taken at water park / depart to RHS
8:30 PM – Estimated time of arrival at RHS
