9th Grade Orientation Performance / GEB Outing #2 Information

9^th Grade Orientation Performance: Aug. 10

Our first performance of the year is tomorrow, Aug 10^th! The band will be performing at 9^th grade orientation. Below is the schedule for the event:

5:30 PM – band camp rehearsal concludes / transition to auditorium

5:45 PM – performance starts

6:00 PM – performance concludes

6:10 PM – students will be ready for pick-up / attend 9^th grade orientation (if applicable)

Attire:

For Whom the Bell Tolls show shirt and shorts (nothing specific)

This event is required for all band students (including freshmen) and optional for colorguard students.

Main Event: Aug. 12

If you are attending the GEB Outing #2 THIS Friday, please see schedule below:

4:30 PM – please arrive at RHS / attendance taken in the band hall

4:45 PM – load busses (RISD transportation) / depart to Main Event

9:45 PM – attendance taken at Main Event / depart to RHS
