I wanted to let you know that the band hall will be open on Friday, September 4th from 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM. Below are the many reasons to come by:
Pick-up school-owned instrument(s)
Drop-off West or Westwood instrument(s)
Pick-up guard equipment
Pick-up marching show music
Pick-up flip folder with school songs/stand tunes
Pick-up all-region music
Pick-up personal items left from the spring semester
Pick-up blank medical history/physical forms
Drop-off completed medical history/physical forms
You MUST wear a mask. 1-2 students will be allowed in at any given time; picking up items should take no more than 5 minutes.
