\n Pick up one Jason\u2019s Deli Box Dinner (ham or turkey sandwich on wheat or white bread, chips, cookie, bottle water)
\n Grab your instrument\/materials- mutes, valve oil, PENCIL, etc.
\n4:20 PM: Attendance and Inspection
\n4:30 PM: Load bus and travel to Forney HS\/North Forney High School
\n5:50 PM \u2013 8:50 PM: 9th Grade, Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble Rehearsals
\n6:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM: Concert, Symphonic Rehearsals
\n8:55 PM\/9:05 PM: Load bus and travel to Richardson HS
\n10:15 PM: Arrive at RHS<\/p>\n
\u2022 Friday, January 18
\n7:15 AM: Meet in the band hall
\n Have your instrument, music and materials (PENCIL)
\n Grab your concert uniform\/travel bags
\n Attendance and Inspection
\n7:30 AM: Load bus and travel to Forney HS\/North Forney High School
\n8:50 AM \u2013 11:50 AM: 9th Grade, Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble Rehearsals
\n9:00 AM \u2013 12:00 PM: Concert, Symphonic Rehearsals
\n11:55 AM\/12:05 PM: Students load bus for lunch
\n12:15 PM \u2013 12:55 PM: Lunch- Pizza Hut (buffet and drink)
\n1:00 PM: Load bus and travel back to high schools
\n1:20 PM \u2013 3:50 PM: 9th Grade, Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble Rehearsals
\n1:30 PM \u2013 4:00 PM: Concert, Symphonic Rehearsals
\n4:05 PM: Concert, Symphonic members load bus and head to Forney HS
\n4:15 PM: Dinner: Chick Fil-A Box Dinner (chicken sandwich, chips, cookie)
\n Change into concert wear when appropriate <\/p>\n

* In order to cover meals for the event, every participating student must turn in $20.00 by next Thursday, January 17th. Please place cash or check in the safe located in the director\u2019s hallway in an envelope labeled All-Region Clinic Meals. If you are paying by check, make the check out to RABC and in the memo line write All-Region Clinic Meals.<\/p>\n
* At the completion of the concert, students will checkout with an RHS director. Please understand that your parents\/legal guardians will be your transportation home at the end of the night. Students will take their concert wear home and return it the following Monday. <\/p>\n

\n\u2022 The cafeteria will be home base for RHS students.
\n\u2022 Students who miss more than an hour of rehearsal for any reason will be removed from the group.
\n\u2022 Cell phone use is not allowed during rehearsals
\n\u2022 No concession stands will be provided.
\n\u2022 You will be representing the RHS band program, please behave accordingly. <\/p>\n
