Event Procedures:<\/p>\n
In-the-room procedures are the same as phase 1. <\/p>\n
The clarinets will be divided into 3 rooms, with 3 separate judging panels. Panel 1 will hear all of the clarinets play etude 1; panel 2 will hear all of the clarinets play etude 2; and panel 3 will hear all of the clarinets play etude 3. The judges will stay in one room; the students will rotate rooms. <\/p>\n
Orchestra: Following the completion of Phase 2, students who play orchestral instruments must report back to the audition room within 20 minutes. The MONITOR will go over All-Region Orchestra assignments. When all All-Region Orchestra seats have been filled, students will be dismissed and final results will be tallied and posted. NO FURTHER RESULTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE ROOM. NOTE: This process is only applicable to \u201corchestral\u201d wind instruments: pic, flute, oboe, english horn, Bb clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, euphonium (yes, euphonium), tuba and percussion. <\/p>\n
