Everyone should have received their ordered items on Monday (excluding marching shoes, which stay at school).
Friday Morning Rehearsal\/Drill Team Information
Each week on game days, we will rehearse in the STADIUM. Please arrive slightly earlier as it takes more time to get to the stadium. The Eaglettes will also join us on this day. This is especially important to note because ALL woodwinds, brass and drumline students must remember to bring their flip folder (and lyre) stuffed with this week\u2019s drill team tune (which happens to be Feel It Still).

AFTER REHEARSAL ON FRIDAY MORNING, MAKE SURE TO WEAR YOUR WATER\u2019S EDGE SHOW SHIRT DURING SCHOOL. LETS SHOW EVERYONE OUR PRIDE AND GOLDEN EAGLE BAND SPIRIT!
When the bell rings to release school, dinner will be served in the Eagles Nest. Please note that this is only for those who signed up for the Football Game Meal Plan. It will be a fast turn around, so you must move quickly! The schedule for the night is below. Please note that we will be wearing the Summer Uniform this week.

After you eat, you will change into your summer uniform: GEB Water\u2019s Edge t-shirt, GEB black athletic shorts, black ANKLE socks, marching shoes.

Inspection Lines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Call time for students to meet in inspection lines is 5:30 PM (Band Hall). The purpose of inspection lines is to make sure students are READY with everything that they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a student fails inspection, the student will report to Mr. Marquez after a football game and will be assigned duties for the band during that time. A student will fail inspection if he\/she:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
shows up late
\nwears the wrong attire
\nis missing uniform items
\nis missing instrument (and parts of instrument)
\nhas a non-clean, fully functioning working instrument
\nis missing a lyre\/flip folder
\nis lacking a filled water bottle (water only)
\nwears make-up\/nail polish
\nwears jewelry (religious affiliation allowed)
\nhas an unnatural hair color
\nhas the incorrect \u201cshow hair\u201d
\nis not clean-shaven (boys)
\ntalks
\nhangs uniform incorrectly (after games\/competitions)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*these rules are in place to allow for students to look uniformed, help us with the maintenance of the uniforms and disseminate information efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tailgate occurs at 6:30pm in the parking lot just outside the band hall and is a mini pep-rally involving the band, cheerleaders, and Eaglettes. Directly following the tailgate, the band marches into the stadium and enters the stands. Any and all Eagle fans are invited!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The after game celebration occurs once a home game concludes; they take place in the Eagles Nest and are hosted by the various classes of the band (Seniors, Juniors, etc). These are events for the entire band family to celebrate our hard work and outstanding performance. They last for 1 hour after the band is released from the stands after which, the band hall is closed and all students must be picked up. Again, band hall closes ONE HOUR from the time the game concludes. Please understand that if a student is not picked up, they will have to stay with RISD security. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
