Marching Band Season Recap
\nThank you to all of the students and parents for a wonderful marching season! Special thanks goes to the seniors who have given 4 years of dedication to the program – we truly appreciate you! The GEB had beautiful performances and finished off the year with the following recognitions:
\nLittle Elm Classic on the Lake Marching Contest – 4th place
\nRegion 3 UIL Marching Contest – straight superior ratings
\nAdvanced to the Area C Marching Contest<\/p>\n
TMEA 9th Grade All-Region Results<\/p>\n
It was a great day for the GEB at the 9th Grade All-Region auditions! Thank you to ALL of the freshmen who represented RHS and performed this past Saturday.<\/p>\n

RHS had the 3rd most placed students in the entire region, which consists of 20 high schools! The Region Band Clinic and Concert will be on January 17 and 18 at Forney HS\/North Forney HS (details to come in the spring semester)<\/p>\n
Spring Trip (Corpus Christi) – Commitment Trip Form and NON-REFUNDABLE down payment ($100) Due 11\/14\/18
\nAttached you will find the 2019 spring trip information once again; packet includes brief information of the trip, payment schedule, TEA excused classes, trip commitment form, and cancellation form. The Trip Commitment Form is due to the band safe by November 14th along with your first non-refundable payment of $100. Student must be eligible after the 3rd 9 weeks to be able to attend the trip based on state guidelines. Failure to pass non-exempt classes, will result in not attending trip and money being unable to be refunded.
