RABC Board Meeting 04\/03\/18<\/p>\n
Parents – our next board meeting is on Tuesday, April 3rd at 6:00 PM.<\/p>\n
Spring Trip Meeting 04\/03\/18<\/p>\n
Please note that our REQUIRED spring trip meeting will held on Tuesday, April 3rd from 7:45 PM – 8:45 PM in the RHS Band Hall. This meeting is for all students attending the trip AND at least one parent\/legal guardian. We will be discussing trip information, expectations and itinerary.<\/p>\n
Band Fees<\/p>\n
This is your friendly reminder that if you have any outstanding band fees, please make payment ASAP. Students with outstanding balances (Registration, All-Region, Chamber Music Festival, Spring Trip, etc) will not be able to attend the spring trip or receive graduation tickets just to name a few. Parents\/students please email our treasurer at the treasury@richardsonband.org for any questions regarding outstanding balances.<\/p>\n
Clinics\/Dress Rehearsals<\/p>\n
There are clinics and dress rehearsals this week in preparation for our upcoming UIL Performance. Please see schedule below:<\/p>\n
Monday, April 2 – Wind Symphony Clinic (Jeff Bradford)
\nTuesday, April 3 – WS, SW, SB, CB Clinic (Phil Alvarado)
\nThursday, April 5 – Concert Band Dress Rehearsal (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM)<\/p>\n
Beginner Drive #2 04\/07\/18<\/p>\n
On Saturday, April 7th, we will be having our second beginner drive of the year. 5th graders from the RHS cluster will come and try out instruments\/sign-up for band.<\/p>\n
We will be needing about 20 students to help with the event from 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM. There is a sign-up sheet in the front of the band hall for all volunteers. Service hours will be provided for your time!<\/p>\n
