The RHS Winterguard earned 3rd place in the NTCA Regional A Competition at Bowie High School this past Saturday. Congratulations!<\/p>\n
Concert Music\/Scale Pass-offs
\nConcert music pass-offs continue this week; please be prepared on all scale\/music assignments.
\nBoard Meeting 03\/06\/17<\/p>\n
Parents – our board meeting will start at 6:30 PM sharp in the ORCHESTRA room.<\/p>\n
AP Music Theory – Night at the Opera 03\/07\/17<\/p>\n
AP MT students – this is your friendly reminder that we will be going to the Opera on Tuesday, March 7th. We will meet in the band hall once the bell rings after school. Dinner will be provided!<\/p>\n

Concerto Competition Prelims 03\/08\/17<\/p>\n
If you have signed-up Concerto Competition, make sure you have completed the following:<\/p>\n
have turned in two copies of your solo Mr. Reyna\u2019s box (not originals)
\nwritten down your audition time
\ncontacted your accompanist for the finals event (should you advance)<\/p>\n
*prelims will occur in the RHS band hall<\/p>\n
Concerto Competition Finals 03\/09\/17<\/p>\n
Richardson High School is proudly to present the Howard Dunn Richardson Area Concerto Competition! This is an event that gives students an opportunity to perform a solo which exhibits both their musicianship and training.<\/p>\n
Date: Thursday, March 9th
\nLocation: Richardson High School Auditorium<\/p>\n
Any student that performs or attends the concert will receive EXTRA CREDIT. Please have a director sign your program. Refreshments will be provided after the concert!<\/p>\n
AP Music Theory Practice Test 03\/10\/17<\/p>\n
AP MT students – this is your friendly reminder that we will taking the AP Music Theory practice test in F100 on Friday, March 10th. You will be blocked for 1st-4th period. If we finish the test early, you will head to class.<\/p>\n
