2017 Corpus Christi Spring Trip Chaperone Application

Please complete the online form below.

Applications will be accepted until February 3rd and those selected as Chaperones will be notified via email after February 7th. Chaperone decisions will be made using (but not limited to) the following considerations:

  • Volunteer hours
  • Chaperone experience
  • Specific needs (Nurse, RISD employees, etc)

The cost for chaperones on the trip will be $385 plus the cost of 3-4 meals (including groceries and fast food meals) and any souvenirs.

All chaperones must pass the RISD required background check in order to be eligible. The background check form can be completed here:

If you have not already done so, the background check should be completed ASAP.

Chaperone Payment Schedule:

Once notified that you are selected to be a chaperone on 2017 Spring Trip, full payment of $385 must be made by March 9th. If for any reason that you are not able to make that date, please contact Loni Walker at loniworks@gmail.com so that arrangements can be made. Please keep in mind that all payments must be made by April 13th.

Any volunteer who submits an application and is selected as a chaperone has made a commitment to participate in the 2017 RHS Spring Trip to Corpus Christi.

By submitting this application, you attest to the following statement:

I agree to travel with the Richardson High School Band as a chaperone. I understand that this is a working trip and that I will be responsible for helping maintain the health and well-being of the band students.

By submitting this application, if selected as a chaperone, I understand that I am committing to pay the full cost of the trip. I have been advised that any payment made for the trip is non-refundable. I understand that the trip must be paid in full no later than April 13th, 2017.
