Hello GEB,
As mentioned last week, we have TWO performances tomorrow! The first performance will occur during the afternoon portion of our summer camp, as we showcase some of our school songs/stand tunes to our new teachers (in the band hall). The other will occur after rehearsal for Freshmen Orientation. This event is required for all 9th -12th grade woodwinds, brass and percussion. Colorguard students are excused from the event, but are highly encouraged to attend. Please see below for details:
Freshmen Orientation Performance 08/6/19
5:00 PM: Inspection lines/warm-up in the band hall
5:20 PM: Move to auditorium
5:45 PM: Start performance as people walk in/sit
6:00 PM: Presentation starts – 9th graders are dismissed to join parents and enjoy orientation; 10th-12th graders are on stand-by
6:30 PM: 10th-12th graders perform the Alma Mater
6:45 PM: 10th-12th band members dismissed
8:00 PM: Orientation concludes for 9th graders
Dinner will NOT be provided as students will be dismissed at 6:45 PM.
