Fall Premiere – Important Change!

This year, we will conclude Band Camp with the 1st Annual Fall Premiere/Parent Meeting. This year’s event will be on Thursday, August 18th at 7:00pm in RHS Eagle Stadium. Please note: due to a conflicting event in the stadium, this is a change from the originally published date.  The RHS Band will perform a portion of the 2011 Marching Show music for the first time along with some stand favorites.

Directly following the Premiere will be the Mandatory Parent Meeting. We will go over a few important policies that all parents should be aware of in addition to some very important news. It is required that all band members have at least one parent or guardian present at this meeting.

The best part of the “Fall Premiere” will be the BBQ! Spring Creek BBQ will be catering the event! Dinner can be purchased for $5.00 per person (note – band members will receive their dinners for free) before the event and you can enjoy some fantastic BBQ from the stands while the band members entertain you! More info will be sent out separately very soon.
